Desert Princess Country club has a mixture of Fee land and Lease land properties. People frequently confuse the terms so let us explain. In short Fee comes from FEE SIMPLE meaning you can pay for the land and own it outright. Leasehold means that you are purchasing the right to LEASE the land from someone else. You are not buying the land in a leasehold scenario. While it gets a little more complex than this – a short explanation would be that you get more house on lease land as you are not paying for the land. For more details, you can visit our blog post specifically about lease land here.
